What's Happening at Hardman & Co?

It has been a busy year at Hardman & Co, we have welcomed new team members, new clients, and given our brand a makeover.  2018 has also been a landmark year for us, celebrating 21 years in business.

The launch of our MiFID II Monitor

We have launched the MiFIDII monitor, designed to track the impact on trading liquidity and broker research arising from the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (“MiFID II”). It’s findings have attracted attention from several publications including Investment Week, and the Financial Times.

Introducing Milan Radia: Technology

In February we welcomed multi award winning analyst Milan Radia to the team. Milan joins us as a Technology analyst, bringing with him 25 years of equity market experience at major investment banks and in asset management. Milan is focusing on coverage of European data centre operators, software vendors, payments processors and IT services providers. In his first Hardman Insight Milan explores a period of immense change in these fields.

Introducing Paul Mylchreest | Mining

In February Paul Mylchreest joined us as an equity analyst covering the mining sector. Paul brings to Hardman 30 years’ of analytical experience, having started his career in the chemicals sector. He was an Extel-rated analyst at S.G. Warburg, Schroders and Citibank. As well as a brief foray into Oil & Gas, he worked for several years as a Global Macro & Cross Asset strategist, firstly setting up on his own, and later working at US commodity trader, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM Inc.). He began his mining coverage at Crédit Agricole Chevreux in 2005.

Introducing Stefano Mazzola

In September we welcomed Stefano Mazzola to Hardman & Co as a consultant to explore the Italian corporate market. Stefano has enjoyed a long career as a salesman in London, specialising in European equities. He brings with him many years of experience from Mirabaud Securities, as Head of Equities at Banca IMI, and Managing Director of European Equities at Hoare Govett.
