Our head of Life Sciences, Dr Martin Hall, was today featured in The Telegraph article 'Pharma industry sounds the alarm over Labour's radical plans'.


Labour proposals to enforce drastic regulation on pharmaceutical firms would stifle research and development leading to fewer options for patients, industry experts warn.

As the party scrambles to win supportĀ ahead of a potential general election, Jeremy Corbyn has threatened to swoop on patented medicines by forcing companies to make cheaper versions of drugs thatĀ the NHS cannot afford.

Martin Hall, head of life sciences at Hardman & Co, said the changes are likely to damage firms such as GSK and AstraZeneca which support thousands of highly-skilled UK jobs.
